Availability of products
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policies applicable to that Product. The inclusion of any products on this Website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these Products or services will be available at any time. We will endeavour to include a statement on the Website when we aware that a particular Product is out of stock, but we are under no obligation to do so. We reserve the right to notify you that Products for which you placed orders have become unavailable. In the event that you order a Product from the Website and we later inform you that we no longer stock the Product you had originally ordered: (a) we will not charge you for the Product that we have not supplied to you; (b) we will contact you to discuss whether we are able to provide you with a substitute Product; and (c) except as required by law, we will not be liable to you for any resulting loss).
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our Products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Pricing; payment; GST
Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Products without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our Products or the Service.
The prices of Products are shown in Malaysian Ringgit. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Woocomerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch. Payment options for Products you wish to purchase will be provided at the point of purchase, which are subject to change without notice. If your payment is not received or is declined by your bank or credit card issuer, we cannot and will not hold the Product against your order. In such instances we do not guarantee that the Product will be available should you try to order it again
Delivery
Subject to these Terms, we will supply the Products shown on your order confirmation. When an order is placed, it will be delivered to the address designated by You as long as that delivery address is compliant with the delivery restrictions contained on this Website. Upon Your order being ready for delivery, MATTPro may email or SMS to you a tracking number. We will use our reasonable endeavours to meet our stated timeframes for delivery. However, many factors (some of which are beyond our control) can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met. We reserve the right to amend our stated timeframes without notice to You. Products displayed on our Sites only delivers to Malaysia only via a third-party delivery service after your order status updated to Order Confirmation.
For West Malaysia, we will take up to 7-14 days working days to freshly made and deliver your order subject to warehouse stock availability. Delivery time based on our third-party delivery partner’s and cannot be scheduled. Nevertheless, you may infrequently experience delays in order delivery for reasons such as a high volume of orders being received during sale periods, public holidays or the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances. As the delivery process are made by a third-party delivery partner, we do not take any responsibility for any late delivery cases during high sales seasons.
Additional costs might be charged not limited to on-demand delivery or return pick-up requests on a specific time and date will be charged to the customer in case of a return and deducted from the refund amount. If you are not able to accept delivery, you may contact with our third-party delivery partner for re-delivery or collection. Please note that in any case, our couriers only deliver on working days (working days might be different in state).If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within 14 working days of our first attempt to deliver your order) accept delivery, we may charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us.
Promotion
From time to time, MATTPro may offer promo codes which may apply to any, or certain specified purchases made through our website. We are strictly not obligated to inform you of any upcoming promotions or promo code beyond the current or existing promotion or promo codes. Every promotion and promo code will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the promo code is issued (including and not limited to the duration of the promotion’s or promo code’s validity) in addition to those mentioned in these Terms.
If you have made a purchase on our website before a promotion is announced, MATTPro is not liable to extend the same promotion to you in the interest of fairness to our other customers. We have several ways of notifying the public of our promotions or promo code – we may send you the details via email (if you have signed up for our marketing emails, or we may advertise the promotion or promo code on our Website via a banner or pop-up message, or we may announce it on our social media channels, or we may advertise the promotion or promo code in any or all of our official partner showrooms that are listed on our website.
We have the right to refuse you the use of any promotion or promo code once it is expired or fully redeemed. Depending on the promotion or promo code, a promo code may only be redeemed once for each customer. These codes may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Only one promotion/voucher/promo code may be used per order. Any free gift and/or prize offered by MATTPro in relation to our promotions, contests, goodwill, and any other official events may not be returned, replaced, or resold to MATTPro for cash or credit value.
During promotional periods, MATTPro may choose to offer a free gifts (for example a free pillow) with a mattress purchase. If you decide to return the mattress within your 90-night trial period, free gifts must also be returned. If free gifts are not returned, the full retail value of the gift at the time of purchase will be deducted from your refund.
